Entry forms are due by the 25th of each month to be considered for the following month's "Featured Cover Model" on our front page. (click on Entry Form to open). 5. The brief essay should be no more than a couple sentences describing what you like to do for fun, possible community service, how you like to help people, etc. Nothing too extensive, just something to give the Judges an idea about the contestant. 6. The Entry Fee is $30 for up to the first three pictures submitted. Or for just $50, you can submit Unlimited pictures!
