By claiming the prize, the winner immediately authorizes, without any additional compensation beyond that of the aforementioned prize package, the use of her name and/or likeness and/or photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium. Winners will be required to sign a release form as prepared and accepted by MyPageantTips, LLC acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules. If the winner is under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of award, the parent and/or guardian of the winner will be required to sign this release form as well. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Should you choose to withdraw your entry, there are no refunds available. All picture submissions become the property of MyPageantTips, LLC, which reserves the right to hold, reject and/or edit submissions without notice. By submitting photos, entrant hereby grants MyPageantTips, LLC a global, royalty-free, license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative work of, and display the photos in connection with MyPageantTips, LLC and any business that MyPageantTips, LLC may see fit to further knowledge and awareness of MyPageantTips.com and its affiliates.
